Further, our sleeve covered bands prevent injuries due to breakage, avoid latex allergies and minor cuts that occur from bands not covered. The resistance band covers prevents early erosion of the bands due to UV exposure.

Out Resistance Bands come in three different lengths: SHORT, MEDIUM, and TALL. Please choose the correct size to get your best results when using The Ring Workout.

If any band or hardware snaps, breaks or fails within the first 90 days, we will replace it for free. Shipping the damaged item to our facility is not included. To return or exchange a product, call 1-800-440-1947 or email team@keithcookefitness.com for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Only unused items in brand new condition may be returned for full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply. *Except in the case of error on the part of Keith Cooke Fitness.
